ohh, what did you stuff yours with? for smaller ones cut in half, scoop out seeds, roast til tender cut sides up. if roasting for pies, cover the tops w/ foil ~half way thru so they dont brown. both cinderella & musquee were so big that i cut wedges as needed but cooked them the same way. 1/2
