And I bet they wouldn't even be there if Rowling and Lineham didn't keep stirring up shit. This entire mess is largely attributed to them. This is a huge reason why people shouldn't be allowed to have that much money and influence.

I see the "just asking questions" types have started to pop up in the replies here. Simon, I'd hit them with bsky's nuclear block, it hides their bad faith drivel from everyone else as well. Remember, don't engage, it's the "debate" these people want. Block and move on, it's keeps these skies blue!

Aww I was looking for people to add to my block list and I was wondering why I couldn't find them. Glad that bluesky gives people control of their threads like an actual social media platform and doesn't just wholesale permit dogpiles of other's posts that only really benefits fascists.

The one in particular I checked (before blocking them myself), yeah, literally just a provocateur.

They reported on the on in Reading, about 25 mins from London on the train, which took place at exactly the same time as the one in London, and had 80 people attending. I think most people from around there went to the London rally.

Yeah they did waaaay after I said that which wow what a coincidence. Been frantically editing to stuff protests into other articles too which is nigh impossible to catch unless the photos change/you check the time stamps.

You don't report on what you don't agree with unless it serves your cause. This does not serve their cause.

Why waste time & resources w/ laws to oppress & make illegal a fraction of 1%? Trans people didn't ask for this... they are RESPONDING to a disproportionate & egregious abuse perpetrated AGAINST them... And what starts as a fraction of 1% ALWAYS spreads. NO ONE is free, unless ALL are free.

Good. I really don't understand this ruling at all. It just seems to me that a group who are always on the receiving end of abuse and marginalisation will be getting even more off the back of this?

I was blown away by the turn out today, especially as the demo was called at such short notice. Beautiful solidarity. Pandering to the bigots & Terfs won’t do mainstream politicians much good. Makes them look stupid, cruel and out of touch.

I did. Looked like a decent turnout for the most part. I simply questioned the authenticity of one fucking photo. Did not expect such nasty replies and personal attacks. Venom doesn’t fix anything. It just kills.

The working class is all of us meaning most of us don't live off the interest of our money, we live off our actual money. Some still get a mind-screw believing class is something that fucking matters when you can't even buy eggs. Yea, I'm middle class until I get fired or sick, then I'm just fucked

I wish we didn't need to do it, but what a wonderful afternoon ❤️💪🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 Huge congratulations to the organisers who worked their socks off to pull it together so quickly. X

On Bluesky, blocking anonymous haters opposed to human rights is pretty easy, and saves so much time that can be better spent promoting human rights. Why chat with haters? I highly recommend blocking such people. I really do believe that solidarity for human rights is a very good thing for humanity.
