I guess we need to bring back some prop planes that fly slow so we can gun these things down. Or A-10s would be nice. Too bad we wanted to get rid of all those.

“Bigger problems than anticipated?”Hmm…who could seen this coming I wonder? Maybe with much planning and anticipating all scenarios, they may have been able to see these unanticipated events?Nah!Who the fuck am I kidding, these guys?Anticipating problems?😂🤣😂🤣Sec. of War/Warfighters but it’s not a War?
The frustrating thing is we already know we need to focus on cheaper interceptors from fighting Iranian drones specifically. Though the F-15E is actually already very good at it, including via gun kills. The A-10 is best suited for being in museums, not air-to-air drone interceptions.
It didn’t get much attention, but we already had a massive air to air battle between US AirPower & drones, and their after action report was a desire for more & cheaper munitions Defense manufacturers are rumored to consider the call for cheaper weapons “hate speech” abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics...
Cool story bro. First, we didn’t get rid of them (started to, stopped years ago because no replacement could be found) and second A-10 warthogs have been downing drones in the Middle East since October using APKWS II rockets. www.twz.com/air/a-10-war...
Umm they have a top speed of 600 km/h...
Zelensky is sending experts on counter-drone measures to help the US and Gulf States. Trump consistently ridicules Zelensky or insinuates Zelensky is a barrier to peace. Trump is suppurating boil on the ass of humanity. thehill.com/policy/defen...
Should have listened to Ukraine.. bsky.app/profile/mean...
A $30,000 Shahed is forcing the world to rethink air defense. FT: the Pentagon and Gulf countries want Ukrainian interceptor drones like P1-SUN because Patriots cost millions per shot. Ukraine built a cheaper answer — and now even Dubai wants it.
