Just ordinary Americans who figured Biden won by rigging the election when Trump the Crime Lord & rapist was pres rather than the real reason: that Trump was happy to allow the U.S to grind to a halt while letting any number of Americans die of Covid, while joking about drinking bleach to “cure” it.

normal...I don't know anyone who thinks mass shootings are normal or bombing everyone in the next state because there were some that had a score to settle or thought Putin was a good neighbor or deregulating science and climate and consumer protections and food inspection was good or hated the EU???
And if you really want to know, how "normal Fritz & Gretel" where transformed into murderous Nazis and whats going on with the "average Joe & Karen" right now, you should read this: www.upress.umn.edu/978081661451...
This is the conclusion Robert A. Pape, a leading authority on political violence, lays out in his new book, ‘Our Own Worst Enemies: America in the Age of Violent Populism,’ citing data about those who were arrested and charged following the attack.
Data collected by Pape as part of his work as founding director of the Chicago Project on Security and Threats found that 90 percent of those charged with crimes arising from the attack held no affiliation with militias or militant organizations.
Pape’s analysis found that 22 percent were business owners, and almost 30 percent held a college degree. Among the defendants were doctors, engineers, CEOs, and government employees. According to Pape, the threat of political violence is coming from the mainstream.
WIRED spoke to Pape about his book, his concerns about violence in the midterms, why it is so important to understand the attack on the Capitol, and what, if anything, gives him hope that democracy will win out. Read the full interview: www.wired.com/story/the-re...
"Political prisons, a domestic army, control of the military’s legal apparatus, the seizure of voter roles, and much more ...These are among the many individual actions and plans of the “rolling coup” which is currently underway."
Violence is only acceptable in defense of the fascist state. Self defense against the fascist violence is unacceptable by the propaganda machines like @wired.com
It's possible that the definition of extremist isn't calibrated quite properly. A thread on Christian Nationalism… bsky.app/profile/arbi...
One reason might be that GOP/MAGA is growing in the fertile soil of an end-times religious cult. Did you know that 4 out of 10 Americans believe we're living in the biblical end times? Sure, they're not all in complete agreement about what that means. 4/🧵 www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/...
