This was my pinned Tweet on the Hell-site. It still rings true If you were complaining about the EU when we were in it and are still complaining about it now we are out, then membership wasn’t the problem, and Brexit wasn’t the solution.

Pro-Europeans really need to get their act together if they're going to sieze the opportunity which is being presented here. Press and broadcasters reverting right back to their previous position from 2016, with zero update.

I felt the same rage. Why are the media colluding with him that even talking about it is a bad because a now reduced hard core Brexit cabal with loud voices screech in opposition to hearing the other side, examining the immense harm done. I want to hear more ppl like me who suffered at leaving EU.

The lessons from Brazil and Serbia? Don't concede one inch of ground to the far right. Don't appease. Don't triangulate. Don't grovel. Don't say they have "legitimate concerns". Mobilise your base, and fight them with all the democratic means at your disposal.

I have a reverse Nepo story @mrjamesob.bsky.social I had managed to get a part time bar job while a 17 yr old student in a pub near my Dads office. He came in one day with a work colleague & loudly proclaimed "I thought you had to be over 18 to work behind a bar?" Landlord showed me the door. 🙄😂

I’ve listened to BBC Radio 4 Extra since its BBC 7 days. It’s introduced me to countless comedy and drama gems I’d never otherwise have discovered. Now the BBC wants to axe it to save a fraction of its budget. An archive preserves the past. Radio 4 Extra brings it to life. Save it!
