Love to pay for managed hosting. Love to have to do their error investigations for them. Love to not have the access needed to actually fix the issue. Love to wait endless hours on a response that isn't correct.

Of course the GTA hype machine is going to be insufferable, but "GTA 6 is so detailed no single Rockstar employee knows it all" is just such a stupid quote to be running with. That's true of every game! All games! Why do you think things are made by teams?

Latest project done, and actually remembered some progress pictures this time - 4 card wallet with some decorative stitching. Had to redo the stitching a half dozen times but got there in the end.

It's time for Fantasycon, which I'm stoked to attend for the 1st time today! Very excited for the launch of Haverin, the GSFWC's 40th Anniversary Anthology 📚 I have a story in this (my first in print!) and I cannot wait for everyone to see the rest, 'cause there are some stellar names involved 🧡

Absolutely stoked for this, the first one was fascinating

When Haze came out we got bags and bags of glowsticks that looked like the magic goop juice from it in as pre-order bonuses, and then sold about 2 copies to 2 unfortunate people. Had the fucking things sitting about forever until we just started cracking them and launching them round the stock room.

every time i post about 360core shooters lately many of you reply with bring back haze jokes and i'm sorry to tell you i am too close to the subject matter so i know the powerscaling. no one likes haze. haze is actually terrible. its more like bring back clive barker's jericho

Real strange how AI criticism causes these folks to flip out immediately and explosively. Wonder what that's about, eh.

This Week in Videogames - TWIV@thisweekinvideogames.com

Saber Interactive has denied renewed claims that it replaced a former Lead Writer so it could “use ChatGPT” in the development of the recently announced title, Rideshare “Stimulator.” In a statement to PC Gamer, Saber also acknowledged previously undisclosed genAI use elsewhere in the title.

Vinyl records, which have had an enormous resurgence as people have realised that owning a thing is actually pretty neat. Clown brain.

every single nintendo direct is written like its advertising the first video game ever made. in this “game of strategy” you can choose to attack with swords [8 second clip of a guy attacking with a sword] or with spells [8 second clip of a guy attacking with a spell]

Neuromancer is chillingly relevant today because it asks: what if a guy would rather Die than stop Going Online
