Went to my local Lowes today to get a spare battery. They have locked up all the tools since I last went. Now I have to wait 5-10 min. for an employee to unlock the cage, ok no biggie. Nope the employee also has to walk me to the counter to check out too, even though I wasn't done shopping.

Guy who pled a felony down to a misdemeanor and now sits on the boards of multiple defense technology companies wants you to believe is being honest when he says the U.S. military needs to rapidly buy technology from which he will benefit financially.

Personal observation: Between 4-6pm at any Disney park is definitely not the happiest place on earth. It's a mixture of hangry and exhausted kids, worn out parents and adults all crammed together.

Today in "this administration totally supports The Troops", service members are getting notified that their children will no longer be provided with transportation from day care to elementary school. When your work day starts at 6:15 AM, that's a problem.

the Army is welcome to POM for this, nobody is actually stopping them

USAF really just needs to give the fixed-wing Close Air Support mission they hate so much to the Army (which would include the Warthog), but they're so territorial that they refuse to do it. I hope they get saddled with the Warthog for the next 100 years.

"The shared-room model promotes camaraderie and small-unit leadership..." I'll tell you what the shared-room model promotes: 1. Cost savings on facilities. 2. Ill-advised marriages to escape the barracks.

S-400 makes sense for Türkiye because they really only have to worry about Russian planes and S-400s are good at shooting them down.

Happy Father’s Day, New York City!

This year, we’re celebrating some of New York’s Dads whose children followed them into service as City workers.

I see that Wall Street is still flush with the good drugs because that's the only logical explanation for this statement.
