He can just go lie his ass off - it's an official act as president there are no repercussions thanks to SCOTUS. Why's he fighting this?

NEWS: A federal judge has ordered Trump to testify UNDER OATH by December 11 in his own $10 BILLION defamation lawsuit against the BBC—or face sanctions, including possible dismissal of the case.

wow -- a protester right behind Vance spikes his MAGA hat and start yelling at Vance before getting hauled out. Vance smears him for allegedly looking like he hasn't washed his hair.

Trump has forever proven that if you move faster than the courts all the courts can do is shrug and write catty comments in dissents Progressive future presidents should learn

New in PN: Trump bulldozes a golf course & the rule of law "This is about whether the courts can constrain this POTUS for the next 2 years, or whether he'll be permitted to simply bulldoze the rule of law en route to bulldozing a public park & turning it into a walled garden for his own amusement."

one would think a party led by a guy who talks about other men like this and dances to ‘ymca’ on the regular wouldn’t be so fucking homophobic

Trump: "I'm studying his body. I've never studied the body of a man before. It's not my thing. Nothing wrong with it, of course. But it's never been my thing. But I looked at his ass. I said, 'His ass, shit, it's like a pile of muscle.' Then I looked at his legs and I said, 'Man, his feet are big.'"

He clearly confused Ukraine with Iran - an impeachable offense in the minds of the entire mainstream media circa 2023

MeidasTouch@meidastouch.com

Trump declared that Russia “has been fine on Ukraine” and “hasn’t been doing much.” Hours earlier, a Russian drone struck a park, killing a 1-year-old girl in her stroller and her mother.

Once again, the mainstream media is just going to ignore this bullshit that they should be openly reporting as delusional psychosis nonsense

I’m sorry to have to be the bad guy here but we need to recognize that we live in a compressed air thrusters world now. If you’re not finding ways to teach the critical use of compressed air thrusters in your classroom, you’re setting your students up to fail when you could be setting them up to fly

Democrats need to run hard against Elon Musk. They need to warn the public that the world's richest man is spending $276 million to attempt a hostile takeover of our government.

When you’re applying for the job of U.S. Senator, you should show up for the job interview. Ken Paxton showed up in London on the 4th of July to party with the British. He showed up in Dubai to party with fugitives. He’ll show up anywhere but a debate stage in Texas.

As always, the question is how this will impact voting behavior. And I'm just not ready to believe it will correlate. We'll find out soon enough...

New Fox poll's internals are brutal for Trump: *approval on inflation 22-77 *approval w/ independents 21-78 *approval w/ Latinos 21-79 *underwater w/ noncollege whites and non-MAGA Rs (!) On the pod we bring you the numbers and discuss whether the polls are correct: newrepublic.com/article/2167...

I swear to god if Jeffries or Schumer end up in the news and distract from the incredible candidates out there building all this momentum.... those two need to go on vacation somewhere without internet service for 2 weeks.

President Trump and the Republicans had a two year romp through every political fantasy nourished in their heart since The John Birch Society and Richard Nixon, and you know what: it turns out their ideas were bad and are tanking the economy.

I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.
