With Russia there is secondary consent through inaction mostly from the US, but at least some of the allies have come through for Ukraine, it is still not enough. Stopping Russia and Israel is an intertwined issue, as the main goal is to stop this sort of criminality and obscene anti-human actions.

We know Russia is an invader criminal state, there is no debating that it is committing atrocity one after another, we also know Israel is doing the same. The main difference for us in the west is, that unlike with Russia, it is that Israel is committing its crimes with our collective consent.
