Hi, welcome to my place where I’ll gecker and ramble incoherently from time to time. I’m Val (very red fox), or Anya (grey fox) depending on who’s presenting at the time! Kiwi critter living in Western Australia, working in IT! DMs are open for those who possibly wanna chatter!

Some electoral system rambling but I think MMP is a decent system, the largest flaw in it I see is the fact that electorate votes are still functionally FPTP, make that portion of it STV and it’d be perfect imo

Local Western Australia Electoral Commission worker who’s never been to NZ gets bombarded with more Māori place names than he’ll ever see for the rest of his lifetime

Sometimes I look back at my display book of furry sketches I made back in 2015 and mentally kick myself for giving up on drawing things for whatever reason, I could’ve had a way to actually put ideas in my head to paper

This reminds me of a youtuber I saw once complaining that Garfield Kart would shut down his computer with a controller plugged in and it turns out the problem was that the most upvoted steam config for Garfield Kart at the time was a community config that bound every button to "Shutdown Computer"

People think the minions router being baller as a joke. But I have extensively tested it and it is one of the best possible Wifi 6E routers money can buy. Like someone at Illumination Studios was like "idk $80" and the router manufacturer was like gotchu fam.
