this was always my big fear with games because we've all already seen how it went with animation. popular shows built off the back of dead union leaders in Colombia and poverty wages in the Phillipines. So I think everyone understands this already, but this is basically a euphemism for "we're hiring fewer full time employees and more contractors and codev studios because we don't have to pay them as much." I wish I could say this was an isolated case but I'm seeing it p much everywhere.
