This is one of the things my therapist taught me that helped improve my mental health: Focus on a few things that you can actually change and do those. Start with your local community. You can’t help anyone if you’re burned out. Personally, I focus on going above and beyond for my patients.

I’ve got until tomorrow morning to reach this goal and keep a roof over our heads. Anything helps, even signal boosting this.
