This is just pure racism. Republicans objectively are campaigning on little more than bigotry.

This is literally the end of the rule of law. If a President can pardon people committing crimes on his behalf - and the Supreme Court says he himself can't be prosecuted for crimes committed as part of his job - then the government becomes a lawless entity able to violate our rights without limit.

Why does everyone want you to vote early? And what makes it different from voting on election day? We break it down for you ⬇️

Important point. Just because no one is surprised that Trump is actively working to undermine democracy doesn’t make it any less outrageous, or any less scandalous that he’s abetted by the Republican Party.

That it'll fail because they lack sufficient consolidation and centralized control does not make it trivial that the president of the United States is trying to steal elections and produce an illegitimate sham Congress. It is open rebellion against the Constitution and morally tantamount to treason.

I read Mizelle's 13-page letter to the publisher. It's remarkably unpersuasive and bereft of actual specific denials of Matthew Cole's reporting. But by all means, let Jared bring a libel action. I'm sufe the discovery in it will produce loads of interesting stuff.

It’s almost like they don’t even care if the list is remotely accurate.

Ouch. LA County files response to DOJ in court. LA County ran a sample of the DOJ list of so-called noncitizens registered to vote. 42.9% of sampled voters were canceled 71.2% of sampled individuals have never voted 25.8% of sampled voters record a place of birth in U.S.A.

I did not think I was still capable of being shocked. This is one of those hypotheticals we use to illustrate the absurdity of a given position. Surely this must be against the law — that this is against the law is part of what makes the law, law.

My brain cannot process this level of corruption. She was being paid $50 million to engineer a pardon from Trump *while working at the Justice Department* as a "Special Government Employee." And it worked. He got the pardon, and she got the money. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/20/u...

Big win for privacy and for the rule of law. “The effectiveness of any law and such government safeguards ultimately depends on the fidelity of those entrusted to observe and enforce them, and even the most rigorous procedures cannot secure compliance by those willing to disregard them."
