Why did companies have customer support in the first place if this is the value they placed on the service it was providing? Companies weren't doing it out of charity, they wanted strong customer service so you'd keep using their service, and at this point its just "fuck you, deal with it"

I imagine the BC NDP might tell themselves they were very likely to lose whenever the election came and the polls six weeks ago were as good as they were ever going to be for them. But when you're in government you can do stuff. And the BC NDP just lost two years when they could have done stuff.

I don't like the framing I'm seeing that this is the first Conservative government in 93 years. Yes they weren't called the Conservative Party of BC, but Gordon Campbell and Bill Vanderzalm were absolutely Tories, just under a different name.
