Good! I knew Stephanie Mott, the trans woman who started the fight for correct drivers license & bathrooms here in Kansas. She passed way in 2019. She was a wonderful woman! She was very religious, far more religious than any Republicans in office.

That law is crazy and I hope the large amount of precedent against it will be sufficient. Our court system is pretty screwed at the moment (our entire government and all its agencies are pretty much a joke more than effective working things).

Down here is Floridah they actually passed a law to prevent this … not sure if it a felony or a misdemeanor, BTW women on the golf course use the men’s bathroom as well … and men’s use the women’s because it’s generally cleaner …

You would think but it's literally illegal for me to use the bathroom of the gender I live as in my state. It's not about safety, it's about hurting trans people.

A big part of it is that by forcing trans women into the men's room, they're outing them and making them more likely to be the victims of violence. The cruelty is the point.
