It's pretty naive to think this is an Instagram stunt. They mean it, they want to kill him. Then they will have a body to hang in the media public square. To show the peasants what happens if you harm an oligarch. They have already sent innocent people to a gulag. Wake up, fascism IS HERE NOW

Hi i'm reading you from Argentina where the nightmare started...I can only tell you that it's all an experiment to see how many rights they can take away from people, and it will get worse. At the end all the sacrifice the people made will be for absolutely nothing. We are getting ready to fight...

Don't stop protesting, the repression here is brutal. They beat us,throw tear gas, drag people on the street among several police officers to arrest them for no reason other than to protest. Please look LATAM , the fist one was Perú they suppressed congress there, they come for all of us 🙏

This is happening to millions of people. I got my account locked today, because I disagreed w/ someone when they said that Social Security is handing out billions to non-citizens. Now Twitter wants me to hand over my government Identification in order to unlock my acct. I WILL NEVER DO THAT. .

She is better to show us the Epstein files and investigate the text of war plans. One murder case in NYC shouldn’t be the federal government officials main concern!

Ok, I’m not a pro-Death Penalty guy, but 1) He is facing federal charges as well. 2) “he killed one man.” Most murderers who get the death penalty only kill one person. This is a fact even if you didn’t like the one man he killed. 3) when school shooters don’t kill themselves they often get death

In fact when a *jury* in Florida opted against the death penalty in the Parkland case (9-3), the Florida legislature passed a law lowering the death penalty threshold to 8-4. People like Bondi absolutely want school shooters to get the death penalty too— in fact they are making it easier to give

Problem is we're not the type to go about killing people because we have different opinions. Sometimes I think that's a shame, since if we ever get out of this everyone involved in the attempted fascist coup will live free the rest of their days. We never seem to punish people who deserve it.

After the Civil War, we didn't deal with the issue and they still wave their flag. I don't think mass executing people is the right call, but life sentences for the leaders, destruction of the GOP, and remaking the constitution without GOP input would be a good start.

Some will be executed, but the rest just need to be locked away until they perish from natural causes. We don't need to emulate their cruelty, but we do need justice to occur and it's our job to demand it and uphold it when the time comes.

and you realise that a guy who allegedly killed 1 dude and has otherwise behaved as a saint, has not been granted the same offer despite being objectly 23 times less criminal even if proven guilty? meaning that theres still clear bias and unequality? take your own advice, dumbass.

I mean, I get that he has to argue against the death penalty, and I'm not a huge fan of state-sanctioned murder, but if we don't seek the death penalty for a guy that allegedly shot a man in the street in cold blood, then why do we even have it?

This guy is a millionaire who threw a tantrum. Instead of shooting someone, he could have put his millions of dollars to use for a solution to his health problem. I don't feel sorry for him.

The healthcare industry is a billion dollar industry - I doubt a few million would do anything. People are dying because they can’t afford healthcare and insurance companies don’t see them as patients, the see them as a bottom line.

Let’s say he is a millionaire for arguments sake (his family is but he isn’t). If a millionaire can’t afford medical treatment, maybe that’s a sign the entire healthcare industry is absolutely fucked.

I already addressed that, he grew up in a wealthy family. I’m not going to hold that against him, since he (allegedly) did something to actually make a difference in this country and risked his freedom and life doing so, when he could have decided to just be another rich douchebag instead.

Notice how we're not talking about the victims on the other end of healthcare. Much easier to talk about Luigi. But much harder to talk about why we're accepting of all those needless deaths, much harder to acknowledge how easy it is for us to live with their deaths bc nothing will be done

1) he’s not a millionaire. His parents live in a nice house and have good jobs. There’s a massive difference. 2) the person he killed was a mass murderer. 3) you’re a buffoon, and naive twats like you are why we have a society of corporate overlords abusing us. Your intelligence is lacking.

I am a staunch liberal and I completely agree with this. He wasted his talent and education and wasted the life of a man who was doing a job. If he didn’t like it, there’s are so many other choices he could have made that would have really made a difference. Murder is murder.

Tell us which way would actually succeed at this point. These criminals in charge are doing whatever they want despite how much pain they are causing. It's time to fight back. And that means using whatever necessary. We need a revolution because our system has completely failed.

Blondie’s demeanour & eagerness to please her boss already, makes her trip through every safety wire intended to save democracy! With ease! Protest! Nonviolently, with noncooperation! If Gandhi could use a soft strategy to oust colonial British from then feudal India, decent Americans can do more!

I do believe the CEO of a health insurance company that profits from denial of service to their patients is an evil person at heart. In this case his money comes from the deaths of innocent people. I do not cry for the rich that profit off the misery of the poor and neither should you.

Too bad we couldn’t put her behind bars and free Luigi. He was under undue stress due to no treatment based on medical insurance in America overpowering medical doctors. Bondi, on the other hand just caters to the ass her head happens to be up. You know, trumpy’s ass.

But he killed him from behind. That's not honorable. That's not a hero as despicable as the Healthcare industry is. Anyway, I'd like him to sit in prison and think about what he did for a good long time.

Honorable? Give me a fucking break. Letting millions of Americans die because you don't want to grant them reimbursement for the medical bills while the company direct is making billions is not honorable either.

Whether you’re pro or con death penalty- I would say that two things can be true- 1 Luigi could be eligible if found guilty; and, 2 this regime absolutely cannot be trusted with the power to enforce it. 1/2

I commiserate with Luigi and his motivations (alleged), but murder of individuals is not a viable protest strategy against systemic corruption and inhumanity. We need to reform our political system so it actually serves us.

The death penalty is inhumane for anyone, especially someone in which said death penalty would end up making him a martyr. Pretty sure the criminals in the White House don't want that.

But a prosecutor prosecutes for a living. Asking for a sentence is his job. The President's words carry more authority. When he assumes guilt and recommends a sentence, that is problematic. Nixon caused serious problems for the prosecution in the Charles Manson case with less forceful words.

Do the prosecutors have evidence that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the Mangione kid is guilty? If yes then what seems to be the hold-up? If no then who gives a fuck what Bondi says? Let's see a middle class jury hand this kid the guilty verdict. Yeah good luck with THAT!

Honestly where do they find these people.. are there secret recruitment agencies for terrible people we don’t know about it? What’s your qualifications? “I’m generally fucking awful.” (…) “great, you are hired!”

It's in a federal court.... The feds execute people. Trump's department of justice in his first term rushed to kill more people before he left office. Sad state of affairs. Why is this murder on a NYC street federal, while other murders in NYC remained under state jurisdiction?

Sooooooo, using this case and the recent desecration of Tesla automobiles as precedent, ANY crime against the rich can be viewed as terrorism and be punished by death by the Traitorous Trump administration? Is everybody in the US cool with that?

NY has become Trumpistan. First NY let Trump skip out on his massive criminal fine and the money he owes E. Jean Carroll, then NY had an ironclad case against Steve Bannon and let him off because he promised to be a good boy, and now this. Blue States groveling at Trump's feet bodes ill.

Mangione set out and killed an innocent person. The prosecutors are doing their job. Oh, I remember, all criminals do not see other criminals doing crimes. They think it is okay. Shane in the Whitehouse residents.

Really? So he deserves the death penalty for killing one wealthy guy, thats responsible for countless deaths himself, but mass shooters deserve life in prison? You think that's not political? Your opinion is naive and lacks imagination

This has to be considered a mistrial as external interference from politicians is causing bias against fair trial. He has to be acquitted as he has done a great service to the country by holding a mirror to look at itself how much morally it is due to the capitalists greed.

GOP voters ain't gonna give him life. GOP's happiness is killing, it seems. L.Mangione is a dead human walking; to create news & fear. Delay delay delay, deny deny deny, take no responsibility, never admit guilt. Who said that? Isn't he a felony? O, that's right, president Trump of the USA said it.

Of course Bondi would do that. This young man should NOT get a death penalty. What he did was wrong. He did it because what this CEOs policies were ruining the lives of many people. (The death penalty should be abolished in any case.)

I read early on that seeking the death penalty would be far more likely to lead to jury nullification. Republicans are not known for their intellect, but they may want to think extra hard on this one.
