RICK RUBIN on why Hollywood keeps making soulless movies: "So many big movies are just not good because they're being made by people trying to make something they think someone else is going to like. That's not how art works. That's commerce."

My wife had me listen to the Pod Save America episode with Ken Martin as the guest. I have two takeaways fifteen minutes in: 1) if you took a shot every time Ken Martin says “lessons” you’re always dead 2) you don’t get better by watching highlights, you get better by watching the entire game film

🚨 This is from FBI interview #2 by the FBI of the woman who was 13-15 when she said Donald Trump sexually assaulted her. If Hillary can be subpoenaed, then Trump who knew Epstein and appears countless times in the files, must appear before Oversight. ⚖️ EFTA02858488: www.justice.gov/epstein/file...

Holy shit. It’s time to subpoena Trump! 😡

This is the 38th time that the U.S. military has unlawfully killed civilians on the orders of Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump. At least 130 people — never charged with crimes, their identities unknown to their executioners — are now dead.

We are murdering people and it is basically just background noise at this point. www.nytimes.com/2026/02/09/u...

There might be a reason that the U.S. Constitution doesn’t assign decisions on the discretionary use of military force to the erratic whims of one man.

A U.S. military aircraft carrier strike group and other assets will arrive in the Middle East region in the coming days, two U.S. officials said, even as President Trump voices hopes of avoiding new military action against Iran.

Every second the murderer is not arrested is another second for feds to hide him in a place that would create a jurisdictional fight. He's on video killing a person. You have to arrest this guy an hour ago, but you might still have time now.

The Trump regime repeatedly lied to Congress about their intention to pursue regime change in Venezuela. They didn’t get Congressional approval for regime change, but did it anyway. Demanding a briefing in response is both pathetic and nonsensical. Calling for impeachment is the obvious response.

Remember how appalled we all were in 2022 when Russia completely unprovoked attacked Ukraine? That is what we’re doing tonight with Venezuela. We are the bad guys here. Everyone who supports this is supporting unprovoked murder. Fuck every last one of them

If you let him get away with this, he’ll do it with Iran and whatever other neocon bugaboos have been lingering around conservative media since Obama first started running. Maybe Greenland but less intense because white. One of them will invariably respond in the mainland U.S. Stop him before then.

My attitude on this is that I'm not calling them because I think I can change their minds. I'm calling them because it is unthinkable to let them do this without hearing how evil and awful they are. My spite powers me. If I can get just 500 people a day to join me, we could fuck up their day.

Ghostly Bree@mostlybree.kitrocha.com

I call Tommy Tuberville every fucking week, multiple times a week, because he can be evil but I don't have to let him do it without pushback. So I don't need to hear excuses. I call the dumbest senator in the country. 😂

That's my senator, and that's how you do it unlike all these feckless Dem statements that oddly begin by pointing out the illegally renditioned foreign leader was mean

Tom Cotton, a war veteran with a Harvard law degree, obviously knows this was an act of war against Venezuela. The FBI doesn't arrest drug traffickers using US warships, bombers and combat troops. Beyond ludicrous.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Tom Cotton: "Congress isn't notified when the FBI is going to arrest a drug trafficker or cyber criminal here in the US, nor should Congress be notified when the executive branch is executing arrests on indicted persons. And that's really what you can make the analogy to here."

Nenko Gantchev should still be alive—home with his family. After 30 years contributing to Chicagoland as a small business owner and taxpayer, ICE detained him, ignored his medical needs, and he died in custody. This system is cruel, reckless, and must be held accountable.
