An example of how media props up fascists. "Failed to stop"; is not true, of course. GOP policies *actively caused* inflation. But the wording still implies Republicans are good faith actors who want to help Americans. That is the bigger lie, and the one they desperately want us to buy.
Trump promise to bring down costs, but inflation is still outpacing paychecks. With the midterms a week away, Democrats are trying to tap into voters’ frustration in the midterms.

Great headline. "His final term", but I see TRUMP 2028 flags in the picture. It has nothing to do with his record low approval or that he shits out alphabet soup at his hate rallies.
At least four Trump merchandise stores have closed this year. Store owners say with Trump in his final term, there isn't as much to fire up his consumer fan base and sales have softened. n.pr/4Bm45o5

A president saying clearly and with his full chest “I am directing the Department of Justice” to do … anything, would have been a five-alarm scandal in previous years. Now? It’s just a Tuesday.
Trump on Camp Lejeune water contamination claims: "If we win the House and Senate, I am directing the Department of Justice to settle all remaining legitimate claims as soon as possible ... if we don't win, there's no money."

Jesus Christ: Japanese horse girls have to cancel their two-day concert in Los Angeles because the Trump administration repeatedly refused to issue visas for performers to enter the U.S. I personally would not piss off the anime demographic two weeks before Election Day: umamusume.com/news/100113/

If our system of justice can determine that shooting a one year-old is justified, then we do not have a system of justice, and our goal should be the eradication of the system we have and its replacement with something better.
JUST IN: The police shooting that killed 1-year-old Kohen Wiley as he sat in his mother’s lap in a Walmart parking lot in Senatobia, Miss., in June “was justified,” Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s office said on Monday. Her office will not charge the white officer who shot the child.
If we don't tax billionaires out of existence, there are other ways...
Most billionaire wealth isn't in yachts or jewelry — that's just a few percent of it. Most is productive business capital: companies that employ people, build things, and fund research. Tax that wealth and you're taxing the businesses that employ us all. Cato's Adam Michel explains.

If we tax Elon Musk and his fellow billionaires appropriately, every child in America can have healthcare, education, and a well funded social safety net instead of some racist billionaire’s pathetic pr stunt
Elon Musk has said he will give every child in America a stake in SpaceX, his $2 trillion aerospace and artificial intelligence company, as tech firms face intensifying scrutiny over their impact on society. https://cnn.it/4yWTjTJ
