Badenoch's position on Russian interference in the Brexit vote is a patriotic disgrace really. Her view seems to be that because she approves of the outcome of the referendum, no-one can mention that there was very likely to have been foreign interference in it.

Yep, it could have said clinically it would treat people in the wards which best fit their needs, as the EA 2010 outlines, it's needs based. It is hard to see how and why a male ward would fit the needs (including dignity and privacy) of a trans woman. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

it is of course transphobic bigotry but it should be pointed out that the lie “people need the right healthcare for their biological sex” kills trans people. trans women get breast cancer at far higher rates than cis men. trans men get prostate cancer. hrt changes your sex.
