He is not that good. You don’t have to do this. Laika was formerly Will Vintton studios Till big daddy Phil pushed out will and appointed his son (who was working as animator) in charge of the studio.

Talk to some Laika employees. He is a douchebag. They can recruit all this talent from across the world and treat them like shit because they're the only "big" studio that does stop animation. He basically forced out the original people that stated Laika too. The workers are great but Travis sucks.
