Theres a moment when one decides they might be on to something great. I have decided that I am either stupid or genius and it is between this pendulum that I must make a stand to bring something of note into existence. A magic of my greatest imagination. Make what is within my mind inhabit yours.

Btw, this is also a huge example of survivorship bias. There are hundreds of people (some of whom I know personally) who put in the same amount of effort and their games deserved the same success as SV's, yet they didn't achieve it. It is not the safe bet they claim to be.

You can use clairic and Jev as part of a model training harness are a really cool idea. Also as part of creating a benchmark as well. Model creates scenarios, model creates evaluation questions, make extractions and estimations. Forecast future model performance on questions, modify training loop.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT If your app has a "log in with SSO" button (for any SSO, eg. OIDC, Google, Microsoft, whatever), you do not need a separate "validate your email" step and you *really* do not need to ask me to add a passkey, I already have a passkey, that's the whole point! Yeeeeesh

I haven't watched the movie but I don't understand why someone would be mad about this legit. Go complain about real problems and get this off my timeline.

“We’re banning AI . . . This doesn't mean nobody doing work here can ever use any of the softwares that are broadly lumped together as AI.” What an incredible sentence. People are going to slowly allow themselves to use AI by telling themselves that what they’re using isn’t actually AI.

Now that AI is actually really powerful and an undeniably useful tool, but also still hated by many, you’re going to see the Overton window shifting in strange and bizarre ways… Like a publication making absolutist claims that they’re banning AI while also explaining how they aren’t banning it.
