Stelco workers in Hamilton are being laid off *right now*. They can’t afford to wait through a years-long court battle, and neither can our steel industry. We have to act now to protect Canadian jobs and assert public control in this strategic sector. That means nationalizing Stelco.

The Trump-aligned CEO of an American corporation is dismantling one of Canada’s most important industries and 500 Canadian workers could lose their jobs. If we’re serious about making Canada strong, it’s time to take back control of our economy and nationalize Stelco.
