Americans: Just a reminder to vote before or on Tuesday, November 3rd. You have ONE week to make a difference in this country. The best thing you can do is text a reminder to vote for any friends living in a battleground state. This is your chance.

Look, here's the thing. With layoffs, shutdowns, and GTA coming out in a month: If a game looks cool to you and you have the disposable income: buy it. Don't just cheer on indie games from the sidelines. Don't wait for a sale, or until you have time. Support art that excites you, tangibly.

A RED STAR SHINES OVER BRAZIL! Lula is reelected! Brazilians managed to mobilize and beat Bolsonaro, Trump, Meta, Google, Netanyahu, media oligarchs, corrupt judges, fascism, imperialism, apathy and hatred! May this victory bring hope to all our comrades fighting across the world! We can beat them

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has won reelection, defeating Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, an ally of President Donald Trump, in a razor-thin race that capped a deeply polarized presidential race. https://cnn.it/4e0XHZv

Congrats to Lula on overcoming Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump to defeat Hospital Pervert Jr., even as his opposition literally blocked off roads and turned off bus service during election day. Fascists are scary but they are always, 100% of the time, ultimately gigantic fucking losers.

Crucial election: Deforestation has dropped to its lowest level ever recorded in the Amazon this year, according to Brazil’s government. But that progress could be reversed if Flavio Bolsonaro, a climate denier, wins next week’s election. buff.ly/09QU3x2

This shit is so insane to me, same with Italy. It's like imagine if it was 1956 and West Germany was like ’we just finished talking about how bad the Nazis were, now meet Adolf Hitler Jr, he's just a little guy who loves his dad and wants to recuperate his image, we're going to elect him chancellor'

It always comes back to this for me; if AI was so good, such a disclosure would be a selling point. If AI was everything these slop jockeys said it was, they should be proud to let people know their game was AI made. But the proof is in the pudding, and they can't stand that people don't want it.

I know a lot of the reviews on the WOLVERINE game were mixed, but one thing many didn’t mention was that you can make him look like his animated series character in the middle of serious cutscenes. I bet the reviews would be a lot higher if this was factored in.

Love how they ignore that all the other genAI access settings on our account are OFF and default this tasks bullshit to ON. We need a data protection law that stipulates new features like this are never initialized as on. Like the laws we have about email opt-ins.

Brandon Sheffield@brandon.insertcredit.com

Today google turned on even more genAI features for businesses who pay for google suites, which means a lot more things to turn off. It automatically turned on reading all your email and docs for generative AI learning so that probably already happened. Turn it off in your admin panel here:

I genuinely mean this. I cannot imagine a more bleak dystopian notion than the idea of all art being turned into slop designed to coddle my exact perceived intentions. The point of literature, film, music, and art is to be exposed to the interior lives of others. Who are these people.
