Scoped registries and streaming sanitizer have been the main bulk of work for my year, and it’s a huge win to get them both shipped!

Since 2004, this community has helped make Firefox and the open internet possible. Our “Come Back to Firefox” campaign reunites a few early internet icons to remind people what made the internet special, and why it’s worth protecting.

while you port and emulate games, I ported Jira to my PSP

Apropos of nothing, if you're considering switching from a recently deprecated browser and want to try Firefox, I just landed `Copy Tab URL` in nightly - it's not bound by default but a quick visit to `about:keyboard` will let you set it, and also take a glance at the other neat shortcuts we have.

Lola is working on some really valuable stuff here. Consider taking 30 seconds to answer this quick single question survey.

📢 I need 160 more web developers to answer 1 important question. How do you interpret the "Fully Supported" label on MDN support tables? Let me know in the survey below and tell your web developer friends to answer too 🙏🏾 github.com/lolaslab/acd...

I’m looking to connect with university lecturers and staff. We offer student tickets for @ffconf.org, but they’re easy to miss, and I’d love to give the next generation of web developers the chance to attend a great indie event. If anyone can contact please drop me comment here I can follow up.

incredible news: we’re having the same arguments over and over for the rest of time

Web developers! Do you use html forms? Do you let forms submit or just use them for UI and call fetch()? Don’t use forms? Tell me why. Do? Tell me what’s painful. Let’s see if we can fix it!

That feeling when your Yack Stack is so high that you're running out of disk space with the amount of git worktrees you have (yes this is Rust. Yes I am using cargo sweep).

I've been playing this all day, addicting as it is frustrating. Love all the little details like how satisfying it is to shoot the rocks. If you're looking for something to take out your rage on between compiles this is a good free web game. farfield.mttshw.com

Given <button><span>Foo</span><div popover>Bar</div></button> The popover is open, you hover it, does `<button>` match `:hover`? `:active`? We could break the association on the top layer (popover) boundary. Question is: is that useful? How do you work around either way?

BIG NEWS: Bocoup is now Igalia! The two worker co-ops have agreed to join forces, with several members of Bocoup coming aboard at Igalia, along with the brand assets and web site. More details in our official announcement: www.igalia.com/2026/Joining...

I really love my job. I thought I'd always be a web developer, but developing the web is so much more fun! Adding new features for ~4bn customers is such a satisfying feeling.

Hi! I'm working on a new HTML feature: filterable select There are two proposed API shapes so far: 1. Nesting <input> in <select> 2. Sibling <input> for listbox <select> w/id ref Option 1 is more ergonomic, but would break selects in older browsers Thoughts? (Both currently in Canary w/flag)
