The primary charge, mail fraud, is specious. The theory is that donors to SPLC were defrauded because they were not told that their contributions were being used to pay extremists. But of course the extremists were being paid to help undermine extremist groups. Complete BS.

Let's be clear: The Trump Admin's vendetta against the SPLC is a sign of how impactful their work is. The SPLC has been at the forefront of exposing some of America's most notorious hate groups, like the KKK. The fact that the Trump Admin feels threatened by that speaks volumes.

What pisses me off more than I'd like to admit is that Hegseth is too stupid/drunk/both to realize just how pathetic and weak he sounds when he thinks he's being cool and badass. It's not fair. There should be like a drug we could give him to make him self-aware and cringe until he shits himself.

Here's another deep field image from JWST. There's something pretty amazing hidden within it, which I'll talk about next. But open up this image and lose yourself in this almost impossibly vast view of our Universe. The six-pointed features are stars in the Milky Way. Everything else is a galaxy.

This investigation is a sham — and yet another example of Trump's dangerous weaponization of our justice system. He pardons his friends, convicted drug kingpins, & Jan 6th rioters who attacked police, but goes after Chair Powell for refusing to act as a rubber stamp.

What happened to all the art, furniture and priceless historical treasures that were in the East Wing? Did Trump just give it away to his buddies? Is it at Mar-a-Lago? Did Jared and Ivana just help themselves to it? No one knows

The fact that right-wingers commit the vast bulk of domestic terrorism in the US is well-established by numerous expert investigations & reports. But the right *accuses* the left more often, makes more *noise* about it, so they've bullied reporters into framing this as a "both sides" problem.

The main upshot of today's birthright citizenship ruling (that I'm still making way through) seems to be that each person victimized by an unconstitutional Trump order has to pretty much sue individually. Trump is free to act unconstitutionally to everybody individually.
