My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

Walter Koenig, was, of course, Chekov. But if you want to honor his memory by watching some of his best(sorry) work, please check out his appearance as the evil Psi-Cop "Bester" in Babylon 5. He's a fantastic presence and a great foil to all of "our heroes." Fair skies, Mr. Koenig.
