Since 2004, this community has helped make Firefox and the open internet possible. Our “Come Back to Firefox” campaign reunites a few early internet icons to remind people what made the internet special, and why it’s worth protecting.

It's my birthday. My birthday wish is that you make something today. A sketch or a poem or a little piece of code. A cake. A joke. A clever piece of joinery. That you revel, even just for a small moment, in the act of creation. It's what we've got.

I designed & coded an interactive archive of Germany’s richest people for the Manager Magazin. It started with 25 years of data and a puzzle. Which entries belong to the same person or family? A matching pipeline and a review tool for the editors made it possible. 🔗 See link in comment. #dataviz

📊 LayerChart: a new dimension New in v2.6.0, `view={isometric}` can be passed to any Chart to add a tilted perspective to your Svg, Canvas, and Html layers. Going further, use the `z` accessor to add (faux) 3D depth rendering for most marks.

NEW: AI agents are rewriting the economics of computing AI agents can plan and execute complex work with limited human oversight. But this autonomy also makes AI costs harder to predict. Our new visual story explains what tokens are, and why agentic AI is driving an explosion in their use.

I've just done the largest update to the #dataviz starter pack, with 30 accounts (20%) replaced. It means it will generate more content now. Might be worth re-clicking. Sadly, gender imbalance got worse. I saved 5 spots for women-run accounts. Send suggestions, including yourself! Replies or DMs.

This looks gorgeous. Love the small interactions.
