Hi, guy who runs one of the fastest-growing publications in the United States. If you use AI here to write you are summarily shunned. It is instantly recognizable as hack shit.

one interesting thing so far about loudly hating AI is the way AI lovers are like "wow so you're just totally closed off to hearing another perspective??" as if their perspective hasn't been relentlessly pushed down our throats with no space to push back (particularly in professional settings)

currently thinking about how funny it would be to have a group of those kinky mechsploitation lesbian pilots with the fucked up handler hound dynamics and throw one (1 ☝️) super robot shonen girl in there who's completely unaffected

OpenAI's attorney mentions term sheet Altman sent to Musk in 2018 or '19 (I'm not positive on year) about creating capped-profit company. Trying to establish Musk knew for-profit was coming, didn't object then “I did not read the fine print,” Musk said. Attorney counters: “It’s a 4-page document.”

The fact that "being taxed on a wealth that would take most people dozens of generations to gather" is "the scariest thing she's ever seen" means the world isn't scaring millionaires and billionaires nearly enough yet.

Zohran Mamdani said he's going to start taxing rich people who buy luxury housing in NYC but don't actually live in there, and the former CEO of Twitter/X called it "actually one of the scariest things I have ever seen."

Turned on NBC. They talked about “President tipping a DoorDash driver $100”. This woman participated in GOP ads before playing other roles. There is no DoorDash deliveries to the Oval Office. Please exercise proper judgement when consuming news.
