Q: Rural hospitals in Wisconsin are struggling. Closures are creating healthcare deserts. What can be done federally to keep hospitals open? JD VANCE: Unfortunately, this, like so much of what's going on in the country right now, is a problem we inherited from the previous administration

Man, remember when republicans cut Medicaid with their Big Beautiful Bill and everyone was like "hey this will really screw over rural hospitals!" and they all said it wasn't true?

He certainly is lying AND, state policymakers share a percentage of the blame for never expanding Medicaid when the opportunities were there. OBBBA was the bale of straw that is finally breaking these health centers' and rural hospitals' backs.

You could have stopped after the first sentence and been accurate on just about every issue/every time he opens his rancid mouth. Of course, you're correct in your analysis, but I've really had it with these lying blowhards.

By previous administration does he mean 45*? W? Reagan? Because they're the only ones who took and keep taking health care away from Americans. Somebody throw a shoe at that asshole already! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Nobody likes you, Just Dunce Vance!

Blaming something on a previous administration over a WHOLE YEAR LATER only emphasizes how utterly incompetent the current administration is at fixing anything.

"Rural hospitals don't have funding to stay open" was not an issue under Biden. It was an issue created by this administration when they axed $1tn over 10 years from the budget. Not to mention they cut a certain allotment down to $50bn from $250bn, I believe. But sure, blame Biden...

It's not true, you cabbage patch kid-faced dipshit, but your Master Dumpster Trump sure would be an invisible loser instead of a public stinking loser if he never inherited from his Daddy, now would he? He just loves that word, cause it's the scaffold of his miserable life.

Our solution is that the White House is showing solidarity with the disappearing hospitals in Wisconsin by tearing down the East Wing. We inherited this East Wing from Biden, but we’re doing what we can.

They have actually been accelerating since 2010 (f’n Biden😌 But let’s build ballrooms and arches and give money to Argentina and start a slush fund with Venezuelan oil, etc, etc, etc. That’ll fix it.

They stripped rural health funding out of Medicaid. Then had states apply for grant funds to backfill the massive gap. Only a fraction of the money will likely to be disbursed to states. Republican governors (like scumbag Kelly Ayotte) will champion this as a major win despite losing major fed $$

Didn't Biden inherit the worst pandemic in a century and a tanking economy? Didn't he create jobs, fix the ever-ongoing infrastructure issue, and have the lowest inflation of the majority of the world? Isn't that economy you are trashing--I mean "fixing"? Who had the economy before Biden?

Never ask a hillbilly to answer a question requiring a plausible response, as the only response you’ll receive is we inherited the problem. Problem is the dumbass doesn’t know this problem didn’t exist in the prior administration. The current admin created it & he’s part of the current admin. Idiot

Ireland calling. When exactly will Dems call for an impeachment?? When he steals an election? Turns women's rights back 50 years Kills citizens in the streets Deports citizens to hell Cuts healthcare When he declares himself Supreme Leader and nothing can be done. They are all complicit

Okay so let’s say this is true. If they really cared they could immediately fix this but instead Trump is stealing 10 billion for his board of peace grift, Vance spent 50 million on a trip to Italy and they gave 500 billion dollars (1500 per taxpayer) to the Pentagon they didn’t need.

What can be done federally to keep hospitals open? What can be done federally to keep hospitals open? What can be done federally to keep hospitals open? What can be done federally to keep hospitals open? What can be done federally to keep hospitals open?

"We got everything we wanted with the Big Bullshit Bill, so it's all Biden's fault." Bold midterm strategy there, Cotton. I wonder if it will pay off.

Nothing is ever their fault if it’s bad and anything that is considered good is all because of them. Thats a hard lie to present given we are over a year since the Biden admin ended. The big fugly bill contributed towards this despite promises by these same folks that money would be going to them.

When they can respond to any question about their failings and not use the name “Biden” I may start to listen to their answers. I won’t believe them, but I will listen to them. I truly believe that if Vance is the next president, in six years he’ll still be blaming Biden for his incompetence.

Vance in suit tries to lie about the impacts of the congressional Republicans’ policies — because they can’t actually run for office and win elections — with the disaster they created.

This motherfucker wouldn’t know the truth if it bit his dick off. Words cannot express how contemptible he is. Any pain and suffering he could experience for the rest of his life wouldn’t be enough. Utter garbage human.

That’s weird. Since even before 2010, Rural Wisconsin is all republican controlled, rural republicans control the Wisconsin legislature. But sure, blame Biden.

“And so your response to the dire situation you inherited was to cut funding, and when that wasn’t enough, further withheld authorized funds. That is your answer to the problem you inherited?”

Homer Simpson tells Bart that success in life depends on mastering three sentences: 1) "Cover me;" 2) "Good idea, Boss;" and 3) "It was like that when I got here." The Trump administration's go-to excuse for everything that goes wrong is #3.
