They might not be too happy if they do. A while back there was a right wing Canadian family who sold everything they owned and moved to Russia. Once they got there they realized it was a bad decision, if I remember right they were stuck because they didn't have enough money left to move back.

Tommy does not know what it means to immigrate to the US because he grew up as a self-assured USC. Any immigrant, myself included, can tell you that the immigration process is long, humiliating, uncertain, and very expensive. Nothing was "given" to me!
