Trump lies that before he came around, "you had go to Japan to get a Maine lobster"

I mean…ANY time he’s speaking, he’s blatantly lying about SOMEthing, but him saying “do you believe it?” is one of his more obvious tells. No, asshole, we don’t believe it.

I'm Canadian, and I've enjoyed many lobster dinners on visits to Maine. Not anymore, I wouldn't set foot in the US as long as the neo-Nazis are running rampant. American guns smuggled into Canada are a much more serious issue than Canadians "stealing" Maine lobster, which is probably bullshit.

You know what I miss? Lies that make a little fucking SENSE. I get why people lie. Especially in politics. Is it really too much to ask that lies come within a few time zones of something that even works on some logical level? That could at least be theoretically true?

Thank you! The lies and dementia have swirled together into this toxic slurry. This is barely a lie at this point. When my 4 year old nephew runs up to me and says he spent the day saving the world from bears on the moon, I don't say he's a liar

And before he came around, you also had to go to Italy if you wanted spaghetti, to Belgium for waffles, and fly to France to pick up some fries. You all remember those tough Biden times, right? Right? Unrelated question: Do you think it's possible that he's talking in his sleep?

I know, right? I used to have to use a vacation day every month so as to have a longer weekend to fly out to Japan and get a Maine lobster to bring back for dinner, before that pedophile criminal saved me! /s/

When I was a kid in the 1950s, we spent our summer vacations on a lake in Maine. It was lovely wearing a sweatshirt in August. Lobster was 50 cents a lb. Dad would get eight ( an extra one for Chrissy) and we’d take them home in a cardboard box filled with seaweed. They’d always try to escape.

Smh. This isn't shocking. He's a moron. What is shocking is the people behind him, chuckling, not sure if they think he is making a joke, or if they think he really believes what he said and are nervously chuckling. Don't forget about the 30% of his supporters, that will be thanking him for lobster.

Get your lobbies in Trenton. Less (road) congestion, just as scenic, just as delicious. Stop in Wiscasset for a lobster roll at Red's, or the place just across Rte 1 (forgot the name). Drive safe, have fun, eat delicious food, make memories!

Who believes this nonsense? Is he really trying to say that no one could ever get lobster in Maine before he was president? Does there exist a person so deluded that they believe such an assertion? Certainly no one in Maine. Why does he say such STUPID things!?!

That can't be true. I live in Minnesota. I just had my Somali neighbor hand me one he got from his tank that he bought with his Medicaid reimbursement. Also untrue. Not a big fan of lobster.

You couldn't get ANYTHING before he came along. There was nothing. Can you believe it? Nothing. The world was without form, and void. Then baby Donald opened his eyes and saw light. "Oh!" he thought, "I made that happen. I made light!"
