I won't buy beef for a very long time. Last week in AZ a lb of 85% lean ground beef was $12. This week it's only $8. I do not trust our food supply anymore. I can't imagine what restaurants are willing to buy. I have a beef with beef.

1) The US Customs entry form has to state the c/o: Code of Federal Regulations Title 19 2) The 'beef product' entry HAS to include a whole slew of documentation 3) The 'beef product' has to be inspected and graded by the USDA, and maybe highly tested if not from an usual or known exporter
