Jesse Ventura to Piker: "Here's what pisses me off -- I did 2 tours, 17 months. So did my brother. Southeast Asia. That was at the same time Donald Trump was running and hiding like the coward he is. Why didn't he join us in the Vietnam War? I've heard him talk. He said he should be a general!"

The ultimate glitch in the "strongman" OS: the hardware is all gold-plated vanity, but the firmware crashes the second it encounters a real-world stress test.

This is actually my first time seeing Piker on video or hearing his voice, that I am aware of. So now that I've seen him, I have two choices apparently: turn into a pink haired leftist lesbian who hates america or a republican? tough choices...

Trump is getting more desperate every day! The midterms results will definitely freak him out! I believe the balance of his term as president will be just as stressful because the Democrats will keep up the pressure on him and he will be fighting back!

Fred Trump pulled strings to Dr Donald's med records. DJT said in the late '70's he dodged because he was afraid of getting a venereal disease. I have always thought he was afraid of getting killed by friendly fire. I'm a Vet, I don't need to judge.

I don't think he wants the responsibility of being one. He wants the Gamer version, where he shouts commands from a cozy bed, and the screen goes WHAM! BAM! and thousands of people die and his followers give him shiny stuff to wear.

I don't like Donald Trump and I respect Jesse Ventura, but not going to Vietnam isn't something I can blame someone for. Not going to that stupid war was probably the only good decision Trump ever made. No one should be ashamed for skipping out on killing Vietnamese kids.

You can blame trump when he lied to get out of a draft and then calls military servicemen, who had no choice like my father in law, suckers and losers. And now commands the military like his own personal army starting a war his own self, bombing Iran kids.

He might be wrong for how he treats the military, but I would've lied to get out of that war too. Lying is a lot more justified than fighting in a war that isn't.

Trump also recently said “I don’t care if gas prices are up, we’re making a hell of a lot of money!” He a traitorous, self-serving coward. Always was, always will be. Anyone who think trump’s a patriot, or that they are for supporting him, is wrong and a played fool.

Yeah but they feel good about their protest vote or abstention. Whatever their cause was (Gaza) I'm sure it's doing just fine with Trump as president (it's not) and they can't be held accountable for any of it!

"She speaks in word salad nonsense." I was not a huge Kamala fan, but I never once found the sentences she spoke confusing or garbled. Which is more than I can say for Mr. Ass Inspector In Chief.

Too busy working on that BS in economics at Fordham & Wharton. Besides, he has always considered our military heroes as "suckers & losers" since his days at the New York Military Academy after paterfamilias Fred had to remove Trump from Kew-Forest Prep for bullying & truancy. He hasn't changed.

Jesse did two tours in Southeast Asia while Trump hid at home. Now the guy who hid says he should have been a general and lectures actual veterans about toughness. The cosplay is the whole personality.

I would pay good money to see bona-fide Knight Gorka and the the crusading Sec of War Crimes in full heavy armor with swords, strapped to horses and sent out leading the charge. Let's be real - this is their cosplay fantasy.

What’s funny is that this post is the first time I’ve seen what Hassan Piker looks like. Heard and read his name 10,000 times in the last 60 days but never knew his face.

I stand corrected... From mistaking 2 wrestlers in the same era. Ventura was known for his brawling style in the ring. He was also skilled in submission holds and technical wrestling, making him a versatile competitor. Savage was known for his high-flying and acrobatic style. And the Slim Jim...

I’m glad I wasn’t draft age back then. The choices were: Get shot in a crazy Asian War Get accused of cowardice I’m not defending him. He’s scum. But dodging the draft for a stupid, undeclared war might be the least bad thing he’s done. Shocker: I’m against stupid wars.

Yes, I condemn him for that, and claiming he knows more than the generals. Many young men moved to Canada, I’d support that. I’m just saying that avoiding the draft is less bad than 10,000 other things he’s done. It’s like Hitler putting ketchup on a sausage.

My thoughts exactly. Why should I be mad at the guy for the one correct choice he made? People say it's cowardly, but I'd rather be cowardly than go home in a box or kill civilians and it'd all be for nothing.

Thing is, he wasn’t evading the draft because of idealism. He just didn’t want the inconvenience and discomfort of actual military service. And, unlike most other young men at the time, he had the money and connections to get out of it.

Can we get a real steel-cage match between The Body and The Dotard, please?! Put that on the WH lawn. Make it Thunderdome. Two men enter, one man leaves.

I heard/saw him say that all the guys who were drafted/served/enlisted during the conflict were "all suckers." His mob on Jan 6th were "Patriots" storming the Capital & interrupting Congress in Session. He'd go on to get elected POTUS twice and be impeached twice. Trump says lots of crap.

ventura is an asshat and there is a reason no one has listened to him in decades. piker on the other hand is a douchebag loser, who abuses animals but STILL gets apparently millions of people to listen to his podcast or twitch stream or something? anytime i see him pop up, he's doing stupid things.

except he literally did otherwise i wouldnt have mentioned it. i am not talking about some bullshit claims made by the psychos at peta either. a simple google search will yield you results too. as i dont care about streamers piker means nothing to me anyways.

He didn't serve because he's a fucking coward! My father did 3 tours up country and as soon as I was old enough to join up I did so at the age of 17, a month after my birthday. We were evacuating Saigon and doing covert missions in Laos and Cambodia. 60,000 gave their lives. Trump had bone spurs.

Taking a principled stance against going to Vietnam & finding an honest way around it (like continuing education) is respectable. Trump paid a doctor to lie for him because he is a coward. Most young men who disagreed with the war didn't have money to buy their way out like he did.

Not only that, on April 21, 2026, Trump told CNBC’s Squawk Box: “I would have won Vietnam very quickly. I would have, if I were president.”

The thing to be admired in Jesse Ventura: he's as much as a man of the street straight talker as any of the other pols emulating that vibe but he actually tries to get done what he says should be done. He literally has walked the walk. The beard, though, not so sure it's his look.

Trump's brain — what's left of the original walnut — is still in the paid-commission era.

Anyone remember old man Jesse when he went on the hunt for the conspiracies surrounding 9/11? Dude is batshit. Shitting on Trump is a low bar.

What I’m enjoying is watching Piker squirm. Even he’s not comfortable with the quintessential 🇺🇸 looking like a burly MAGA hillbilly while talking about his bonafides as a red bloodied 🇺🇸. My 🇺🇸…Jesse and Hasan walk into a bar…

Bwaaaallk! Bwaalllkkk! Bwaalllkkk! Bwalllllkkk! It’s chicken man! No? Just tRumps chicken shit bone spur! I have one thing to say ass a us army vet fuck tRump and the horse he rode in on! I take that back the horse is ok!

"Captain Bone Spurs Goes to War" We've seen that movie and it totally bombed. Trump should visit the front line of the war he started in Iran, the war he's funding in Israel, and the war he refuses to fund in Ukraine. He wouldn't last five minutes.

Go, Jesse, go! "We're standing against MAGA extremism, political and state violence, and all threats to democracy. Join the hundreds of thousands of veterans, military families, and civilians organizing to ensure that liberty and justice truly is for all."

commondefense.usHome - Common DefenseJoin 550,000+ veterans and military families continuing their service beyond the uniform. We're fighting MAGA extremism, protecting the VA, and defending democracy. Your oath didn't expire—neither did...

He's consistent. He believes soldiers are suckers and losers for him to use and manipulate as he sees fit, while he expects to be exalted by them because in his mind he deserves it. Same as how he treats everyone else.

Guess what - a lot of people who are pro-Israel are also anti-Trump. I know that's seen as inherently hypocritical in some circles of the left, but right now, I care more about getting the cancer out of the American body politic than I do in litigating the endless shitshow of Israel-Palestine.

Pro-Israel is the the same as pro-Netanyahu. No more than being pro-America is the same as being pro-Trump. It also doesn’t mean being anti-Palestinian.

lets not forget how she betrayed her whole fanbase, and everyone who has supported her for the last 30 years by defending netanyahu, ed sheeran, and the genocide and basically said we were all big meanies. fuck her. coming from a former 30+ year fan.

Jesse looks like thought this meeting was supposed to take place in a public park so he could slip Hasan an envelope of evidence and that a disguise would be warranted.

DJT is the stupid young trick shot artist in 1901 constantly showing off and recklessly wants to gets into gun fights and holsters an empty gun. "son didn't anyone tell you not to holster an empty gun"? "you're not going to kill me are you"? "that is exactly what I'm going to do".

"Getting shot at is extremely stupid" -tRump and everyone has to nod because he's got Hegseth, with a machine gun, up on stage, looking very trigger-happy

Trump would have been stuffed in a supply depot in Stuttgart for the minimum, where he would steal shit and sell it on the side. Either that or not much past day 3 in the jungle. Think the start of Platoon

He didn't have the nerve to speak out against the Vietnam War at the time from what I can tell. It's not like he dodged it for a principled reason, he just thought he was too special to be wasted on it.

Respect to Jesse Ventura and every veteran who risked their life in service. Avoiding combat may have been legal, but boasting about being a general while others faced war deserves scrutiny. Leadership isn’t about talking tough; it’s about understanding the real cost of sending others into, battle
