Hey Bluesky, are you trying to sexualize the Pope? It makes me think of the "Pope wars", it's a fascinating part of history with many illegitimate children... My mind went to sexual jokes of "don't call me father, call me Daddy" Seriously, does Bluesky have a PR team or HR?

The Pope is also known as the Holy Father. We cannot be responsible for where your brain goes after that.

Hey the Pope Fights/wars, it's a very entertaining part of history, had so many sexual scandals. Be honest, if you had this "Bundle" for Mothers day, and had Nuns in there, your HR would tell you "no". Because of all the sexy nun costumes. Be honest, does Bluesky have a PR team or HR?

The joke tour: A Bluesky account is the suggested gift for all categories of dads, including: - Dads who are 38 years old (and SPECIFICALLY 38 years old.) - Il Papa - Men who own cats - Sex joke - The alternative if you don't have a dad or your dad is a deadbeat - Dad joke

I get it, but a "Gift Guide" is a list of SEVERAL gift ideas for a SPECIFIC type of person, not a specific gift idea for a list of several types of people. They did it just backwards. It would've made more sense if they'd titled it "Bluesky is the perfect gift for all types of Dads" or something.

No, I get that, but was the joke intended to be "we intentionally formatted this backwards to the way the term is used" or was it "here's a list of several different humorous variations of 'fathers.'" I assumed it was the latter, but if so, it was needlessly confused by the existence of the former.

I’m sorry that happened to you, but respectfully, it just seems like an attempt to steer the spotlight away from real fathers of their one day of the year. It’s like if single fathers were trying to include themselves on Mother’s Day.

I think maybe you should consider that for some people 'Father's Day' means mourning - as your Dad has died, or he wants nothing to do with you, or he just was never there. Maybe also, someone is mourning the fact that they will never be a Father themselves.

The Pope section in the "dad bundle" actually made me think you, as a company, thinks religions are a joke. Which is weird. Then it made me remember that a few centuries ago of "Pope wars" and many of the Popes had illegitimate children. Is the Pope mention, in relation to illegitimate children?

a lot of people don't get this joke. i don't think it's the best joke in the world, but i DO understand it. the text under each logo is the category of person you're considering a gift for. the logo above it is the gift you should get them. the joke is that you should give everyone bluesky.

following 26k people feels like engagement farming, and not genuine. Support is talking about the amount of people *you follow*, not *following you*

My father never did anything but give me a catshit covered place to stay for 6 months while he died, he made me wet nurse him; dumping out his gallon jugs of cancer-urine. One whiff, and you'll want to huff grease traps in the peak of summer heat. Hope he's burning in hell.

This is terrible, just like everything BlueSky has or more importantly hasn't done in the last 2 years of zero progress .. but we have AI and crypto support HAHAHA

What about my official badge for another account I own that your team are looking in to that I applied for when you first introduced them ? Yawn
