I'm scepical of that. Easter goes back to Ēastre a supposed Anglo-Saxon goddess mentioned by a 8th century monk to explain the English term, we know basically nothing about her cult. Ostara is a 19th century nationalist reconstruction based on Ēastre and was popularized to a big part by the nazis.
