Before 2020, masks were worn by criminals and thugs, or for medical reasons. We’ve just reverted to pre-2020 after covid masking became not much of a thing. Folks who did and do wear masks for health reasons wear surgical masks and N95s anyway. Not thug masks.

I admit I'm not a gun expert, but to me that sure looks like a scope. Why are/would ICE agents be having scopes on rifles in an American Urban Center or for that matter even caring multi shot rifles? Rifles are for long range, scopes are for even longer range. An Expert Marksman doesn't shoot multi.
