Just from what we've seen on the news, it seems likely that this warrant is the first of many. #HoldICEaccountable

If you read the article you’d know that the reason they can’t start there is because the federal gov’t took all of the evidence. Minnesota has all the evidence to charge this guy. So they did. While they try to pry the other evidence out of the hands of the feds.

NAIL HIS MFn’ ASS ‼️‼️‼️‼️….. make it State charges !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬…. Then give HIM the option of “ voluntarily deportation “ ‼️‼️‼️‼️💯

I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ You Minnesota! When I protested Trump (not in Minnesota) my sign said, "Honk for Minnesota" Thousands of people it seemed to me honked! and I ❤️. ❤️. ❤️ you some more

Theres a lot of them unfortunately & they ALL need to face justice from the Good and Pretti murderers to the white supremacist who shot a civilian 5 times in Chicago then destroyed evidence after charging the victim with "felony assault" carrying 20 years in prison. So many ICE agents need justice

The feds are withholding evidence. As soon as charges are filed, the suspects are entitled to a speedy trial, which would rush discovery which, again, the feds are impeding. The real issue is that none were summarily arrested at the scene and held without remand until trial.

Set the precedent in what it will take to investigate, prosecute & convict ICE agents, what inevitably roadblocks and defense tactics the Regime will use, exploit their inevitable mistakes, then use that roadmap to catch bigger fish.

Bc this is🇺🇸 where the constutution, can pretty much b ignored, its intent stretched/confined to absurd dimensions, where justice is streamlined so as not to burden the Govt, lest it get too big, give conservatives the sads to sell to people who inexplicably hate a Govt of, by & 4 people...

There it is! Finally legal actions against these ICE agents. It starts here! Then the domino effect of ICE agents, who are already low on morale, will leave when they realize they can't simply run away, and hide behind the regime. Punch down and they run behind their losers!

It's a start. A measly, almost laughable one but it's a start nonetheless. I'm not holding my breath given the agents' qualified immunity and the federal Supremacy Clause (federal agent doing federal work usually get cases assigned to federal courts or dismissed altogether). We'll see what happens.

Thank you @kathincali.bsky.social. 😎👍 Posting is my therapy, to some degree. I’m so infuriated at trump and his fascist regime, and what he’s done to this country and across the globe. This is one way for me to let it all out, I suppose. Some call it rage posting. Fine. Call me enraged and outraged‼️

There is a lot of chatter about holding ICE/CBP/DHS and the trump regime accountable. It is sounding more and more like we are building up for revolution and insurrection of our own making. The trump regime is not staying in the boundaries of our laws nor our constitution. They are pressing for war.

If this ICE goon is found guilty, Trump can't pardon him. My understanding is that Presidential authority to pardon doesn't extend to State prosecutions and convictions. The conviction and sentencing will stand. Minnesota leads the way. #AbolishICE #ImpeachThePig

just so people know the moment the murderers of renee good and alex pretti are charged they can demand a speedy trial which makes it extremely hard to get all the needed evidence when the federal government is actively impeding. i know its frustrating to have to wait but i'm certain its coming

In both cases the State already has the evidence it needs: video. There will be no better evidence for the State short of a confession, but confessions are hardly necessary to prosecute. (Note that most prosecutions proceed without video of the offense.)

Unclear why that matters. The best evidence is always going to be the best evidence, regardless of whether the DOJ decides to represent the accused. And it would probably be to the defendant's *detriment* to be represented by the DOJ before a jury in Minneapolis.

It's about damn time ICE gets consequences for illegal activities & unconstitutional acts. Just not enough of them. How about the ICE agents who murdered Alex Pretti & Renee Good? When will they finally be held accountable. We will not 'let go' of this until they are charged!
