1/ Tina Peters is in prison for criminally breaching election security, not for exposing fraud. No court, audit, or investigation found widespread voter fraud in Colorado. Mail-in voting in Colorado has existed for years, is used by voters across parties, and has been upheld by courts.

I’ve lived in 8 different states. The Colorado voting system is the best I’ve ever experienced. Might be better ones out there that I just haven’t seen, but based on my experiences Colorado would be an excellent template to be used across the country.

Agreed 100%. I moved here from Texas in 2018. I was blown away the first time I received a thick booklet on ballot initiatives, including projected costs/revenues as well as a balanced précis of pro/con on each issue. I love our voting system.

Totally agree with you. Colorado's system was intelligently thought out and encourages high turnout so that representatives and ballot initiative results reasonably reflect the voters' wishes. There is zero evidence of any widespread fraud other than the outcome is not what certain folks want.

I understand that the USPD no longer will need to prioritize the delivery of mail-in ballots. They can decide for themselves when any item of mail need be processed; no longer will it be related to when the item reached a sorting depot. The quasi-legal way for Trump to abolish mail-in ballots.

2/2 Now, elections have a national impact so, if Peters were charged with fraud, then could it be deemed a federal issue? Maybe SCOTUS will find loophole for an abeyance of the law in the effort to satisfy Drumpf’s need for obeyance.

She was charged, and convicted, under State law, which insulates it from a Presidential pardon. There is no "federal issue" at issue here. That said, who knows what SCOTUS will do!
