Anti-trans Democrats are spreading poison when we can least afford it, during elections in this ongoing fascist takeover. As a strategy, it’s a recipe for failure. As a moral stand, it’s reprehensible. PS I’m the father of young trans woman and I’ll never forgive anyone who makes her life harder.

its insane how not many people are talking about how republicans with the help of several moderate democrats are building out the largest abusive medical conversion therapy operation in modern american history

This is becoming a common pattern worldwide and if you're wondering it's because facism and patriarchy are twins.

So last year when Hades 2 came out I picked it up on my switch and got busy and then forgot about it. Started playing a couple weeks back and have enjoyed being back in that world. Also, there is a certain bombardier boy that I have a massive crush on, too… >.> Loving it so far!

My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

Here’s a video of some of the vocalisations of the Ravens (I count 11) I realised I have left the little chortles out but it took so long, I have no time to edit it! Will do another one sometime. Hope you enjoy! I also have one of their acrobatics which I will share tomorrow 😁

the number of “yes on 42, no on 40” ads I’m seeing here in LA is depressing remember: yes on the billionaire tax (40), no on the ones canceling the billionaire tax (41 and 42)

There's essentially no daylight between Richard Dawkins and Pete Hegseth here. And that's a hell of a thing to say.

This performative, over the top cruelty and dehumanizing rhetoric is not new for Richard Dawkins. It's disgusting and so far out of step with our values — and basic decency.

every now & then someone on the anti-trans side will get cold feet about how openly ugly it's all getting—they want to keep the image of a nice, sensible centrist but it's never enough for them to get off the train

Important research for these times. Infants typically do not receive measles vax until 1 year. This study shows that any protection they have from their mother wanes by 6 months, leaving them vulnerable. With measles cases surging–this year already has double the cases of last–this is a nightmare.

Measles study in infants at #IDweek; maternal measles antibodies found in newborns, but wanes below neutralizing levels (ie, protection) by 6 months. Since kids get 1st MMR at 1 year, highly vulnerable from 6-12 months. Not a huge deal if measles rare. Terrifying if measles rampant (like now) 😳

The White House official accounts are posting Down Syndrome slurs to attack journalists. These people are disgusting and morally depraved.

I can feel winter creeping in. Not just because of the cold but because it just sets my whole body off. I know part of having fibromyalgia is the pain and fatigue… but when the cold weather starts I just feel worse than my usual bad flare-ups. A persistent flu-like feeling and drain that just

feels like I’m hollow and more exhausted to my core than during warmer times. It sucks. So just remember that just because you can’t see someone fighting with disability and body issues doesn’t mean they aren’t going through it. Be kind to yourselves and each other, friends.

since California ballots are now out: prop 40 is the billionaire tax, and you should vote yes to stick it to them but both props 41 and 42 are designed to retroactively cancel the billionaire tax because they’re afraid they can’t beat it at the ballot box yes on 40, no on 41 and 42
