It's really important to pay attention to the fact that Lula beat the fascist candidate not by compromising and trying to meet fascist voters in the middle, but by sticking to his guns, promising prosecutions for election interference, and mobilising his own voters to turn out in greater numbers.

I hope all the people bring excited about him for 2028 remember how awful he really is behind the barely clever comedy/tough guy routine.

I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽‍♀️

“Lost media” no longer! I finally got permission to upload “AL’S BRAIN,” an 11-minute educational 3-D film attraction which ran at the Orange County and Western Washington fairs, and hasn’t been seen publicly since 2009. You can watch the whole thing here: youtu.be/2xujU87ZHt4

I agree. I’m usually up on this stuff, but I don’t really know what a passkey is, and I just shrug and say “sure, if that’s what you think is best.”

Nobody ever explained to me what a passkey is or how they work. Websites just started asking me for passkeys like it's something we talked about.

Wile E. Coyote, despaired, takes a bucket of paint and a brush and paints a beautiful two-bedroom house on a mountainside. He paints a beautiful coyote wife in the window, and two adorable coyote kids running around in the yard. He tries to enter this new coyote life, but it is inaccessible to him

“The left is going to lose these elections for us,” say the people who lost 2000, 2002, 2004, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2024 — often because they were fixated on the “winning” strategy of punching left and wooing center right voters

It’s funny how often people me ask me to show them on my hand where I’m from when I say I’m from Michigan. They are absolutely tickled by the whole thing.

I like this idea

Almost every book on writing I've ever read says, "Your characters must change by the end of the story." I don't think that's always necessary. What I do think is essential is that your reader must change by the end of the story. #booksky #authorsky

The richest man owns X. The second and third richest men control Google. The fourth richest man owns The Washington Post. The seventh richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros. See the problem here?

NEW: I've filed a claim with Todd Blanche for compensation from the $1.776B slush fund for the unlawful investigation by the government into my podcast in August 2019. I'm seeking $8.647 million in compensation for weaponized lawfare - the equivalent of punitive damages, lost pay and retirement.

Today, March 24, should ring a bell for movie fans—especially 7:00 AM, Saturday, 1984: detention begins in “The Breakfast Club.” I got curious: how many other movies and TV shows spotlight this date? I went digging.

When I meet someone new, and they tell me their favorite comedian is Shane Gillis, I know what kind of a time I’m in for, and it’s not gonna be fun.

If Democratic voters want a Democratic Party that fights, some are going to have to vote against their current representatives during the primaries. Don’t expect a leopard to change its spots. Look at who their funders are and act accordingly.
