Vance: “People on the left are much likelier to defend and celebrate political violence. This is not a both sides problem. If both sides have a problem, then one side has a much bigger and malignant problem and that is the truth.”

RFK Jr. claims he had to fire CDC director Susan Monarez because he needed to “make some changes” when he came in to lead HHS. Not even Fox News' Bret Baier calls him out by reminding him he hired Susan Monarez. He can't seem to get his lies straight.

Let’s get this straight, once and for all: Homophobia is not an opinion. Transphobia is not an opinion. Xenophobia is not an opinion. Misogyny is not an opinion. Racism is not an opinion. It’s hatred. — Are we all clear on this?

Yes thousands turned out - which is far more than I’d like - but that is dwarfed by the millions that understand real patriotism means loving your country as it actually is, not hating its diversity or trying to exploit its challenges. That’s what our flags actually represent

I've written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage, urging them to join me in condemning Elon Musk's dangerous remarks inciting violence yesterday. As leaders, we must stand together and make clear Musk will face serious consequences for these actions.

This is exactly the kind of despicable scaremongering that Aseem Malhotra has made his modus operandi. Insinuations, hearsay, anti-vaxx, non-evidence-based, lurid, self-enriching, anti-scientific claptrap. Of course Reform UK lapped it up. 1/4

This report by Chris Mason is the most shockingly biased piece I’ve ever seen the BBC produce and that is saying something. Reform lauded a woman jailed for racial incitement and a dangerous anti vaxxer as it was revealed Farage dodged £44k in tax, FYI. No mention. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Very important info for eg women in violent relationships who maintain a secret phone. Please pass along.

Galop@galopuk.bsky.social

If you have a secret or hidden phone, the government's Emergency Alerts could reveal your device, even if it's on silent or do not disturb. The government is testing emergency alerts on Sunday 7 September. If you're worried this could reveal a phone, you can follow this guide to turn off the alerts

So I asked Meta AI why Meta makes it so hard to log out of Messenger. Again, the AI failed by dodging back to Facebook logout. I pressed the AI again, asking it why Meta makes it so hard to log out. Answer came there none. Other than the two half-arsed replies above.

So, I open Messenger which I rarely ever use to logout there. And there’s no logout option. Nada. None. Zero. Zilch. It does seem to guide me to instead logout of Facebook. Which I’d tried and been auto re-logged back in.

I was trying to log out of the Facebook app on my iPhone. I thought I’d succeeded but then the App still displayed by own profile on an apparent login page and said there were 8 notifications waiting for me. So, clearly not a full log out.

Chris Mason is a profoundly unserious man who writes about politics as if it were a video game with no real consequences. True to form, this article is purely about optics. Not a single policy is mentioned www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Attempting to rig elections on his behalf. Turning the military on citizens. Toying with the idea of declaring martial law. Attacking political enemies and punishing those who speak out against his regime. If this were happening in another country, what would you call it?

it is always worth remembering that vance made a conscious decision to be a person of low character. he has eagerly contorted himself into evil for the sake of what amounts to a whiff of power.

This is an actual exchange from a VP who took an oath to defend the constitution and, as a citizen, is expected to abide by the law. May we one day have accountability for the grotesque lawlessness of this regime.
