Yesterday, on the hottest day of the year so far, we saw homes set ablaze and people hospitalised. Wildfires are raging across the UK, almost 3/4's of England is now in drought, and nurses are collapsing on duty as a result the extreme heat. Burnham must start tackling the climate crisis now.

Homes, people and wildlife under threat. Landscapes that will take decades to recover. This is the devastating cost of wildfires. We need more than a ban on BBQs from Burnham - it’s time to treat the climate crisis like the emergency it is.
