After the Avro Arrow was cancelled, which may have been the most advanced fighter jet in the world at the time, Canadians were recruited to join NASA and build their space agency. Time to bring that same brilliance home…

It's a new Stone Age in London, with stone apartment buildings and a stone demonstrator exhibit showing how it's done. Because it is silly to grind up limestone, cook it, and then add water to turn it into... stone. We could be doing a lot more of this in Canada- we are made of rock.

There’s no such thing as a self-made billionaire. To accumulate that level of obscene capital you have to develop parasitical relationships to sabotaged systems and prove useful to explicitly anti-human projects.

Was a little worried about the wind and the roadworks, but as long as you don’t mind a little gravel and route finding, it’s worth the trip down to Fish Creek. #yycbike

The news media is framing Trump’s decision to cancel the livestream of Nidal Hasan’s execution as a Washington story of pure palace intrigue — Trump versus Hegseth. This ignores the real story, one that’s extraordinary for several reasons.

Today’s mission was a simple one: find the colour. Because winter is already knocking at the door, and soon enough we won’t have scenes like this to banish the darkness of a challenged planet. So memories like this will have to do. #ldnont #canada #medway #thames #autumnvibes

The larger public in Europe may miss this. But every diplomat and international relations expert and pundit here sees this and will remember for a generation: after the US promised to protect Ukraine if it gave up its nuclear weapons, it is now openly supporting Russia. The great American betrayal.

The United States is now importing fuel from Russia, per President Trump.

On the one hand, the amount that could be exported is so small that it will not lower diesel prices. On the other hand, even limited exports will help a cash strapped Russia make drones with which to kill more children & prolong the war. Three more kids were killed this morning in Zaporizhzhia.

🇺🇸🤡 Trump thanks Putin: Russia agreed to send us millions and millions of barrels of oil, and it’s diesel. That’s what we really need. So thank you! I settled eight wars, and I’m about to settle or win two more: Iran and Russia-Ukraine. Azerbaijan-Armenia. I got it done in two days.
