In living with cats: Little Bat decided to start screaming and running laps at 5am today. My bed and body were part of the lap. I finally calmed her down by picking her up (deeply forbidden action) and setting her on a high spot she couldn't easily reach herself. That settled her right down.

RFK decided to once again target maskers in a speech, laughing about going to LA and seeing people driving in their cars while masked. And I want to make sure people know that studies have shown that the reason someone might wear a mask in their car is that it's none of your fucking business.

I am in that floaty space beyond exhaustion. Made it home from medical appointment. Expected cruelty. The staff were actually kind to me. Shocking to receive kindness when cruelty is expected. Shocking. Good appointment, but I'm still traumatized by medical stuff.

There's a long tradition of illegal logging that goes right along with everything AI. Steal it, kill it, destroy it. Then say, "What are you going to do about it?" And the answer has consistently been that wealthy corporations can do anything at all. There may possibly be a small fee.
