Just a reminder that you can download the entire Neo Geo romset in an hour and emulators for it have been basically perfect since the DOS era. You can run Neo Geo games on anything with a processor and input/output ports.

I saw very little Neo Geo+ coverage this week bothering to mention the man who owns SNK, and I think that is a failing. The retro gaming scene continues to shy away from any uncomfortable realities that get in the way of nostalgic good times. It can and should be better than that

games are meant to be played, snk died a long time ago, and you can play this system and games like a thousand other ways with a clean conscience
