Stop the Boatloads of cash... All these overseas-based economic migrants donating to the Refukkers, whilst patriotically avoiding paying UK taxes. Including some based in the EU, funding a party that stops their fellow Brits from having that freedom. 🤔

Ahead of tomorrow's budget statement. Here’s how the UK chancellor can raise the billions needed to improve the quality of life of millions by addressing tax and fiscal anomalies. There is no shortage of money. All that is needed is the political will.

Why are the people who accuse those talking about reversing Brexit of "living in the past" never asked about their own plans to rip up an international agreement that was first signed by the UK some 75 years ago?

With Reform dropping to 20% in polls their predicted seat share has plummeted under the FPTP voting system. Perhaps it’s time for Reform to support Proportional Representation again⁉️🤔

This morning on BBC Breakfast, Nigel Farage said he had received “zero help from the state” with his security. Yet reports say he had previously received publicly funded protection and was offered a taxpayer-funded package including a bodyguard, a secure car and a trained driver.

How strange Reform UK whose leaders supported Brexit and British people 'taking back control' is happy to get most of its funding from millionaires living abroad (ps who never give something for nothing, 'donations' are the British way of corruption buying policies like tax cuts for millionaires)

Merry Christmas, as in the other place.@hellobluesky5694.bsky.social

The Independent. 'True scale of Reform UK’s donations from overseas donors revealed 80 per cent of the money received by Reform UK from donations in the year 2025-26 has come from individuals or companies who have been based abroad in the past two years'

#bbcbreakfast Brexit has not been “reopened because of Andy Burnham”, but because: - it’s turned out to be a costly mistake - geopolitics shows we can’t rely on the US, but need to work with our neighbours with whom we share common interests - the public has turned against it

The Conservatives wouldn't have had an 80-seat majority to "betray Brexit" without Farage's party standing down during that General Election - and it seems getting paid to do it. #r4today

A big step forward and a testament to all the carers who’ve campaigned against this injustice. But is the government really saying: if carers get a pay rise or work more hours, it will take back every penny of their extra income? A 100% tax rate? That can’t be right.

The #BBChave a lot to answer for. This is blatantly unbalanced, highly questionable and worthy of investigation. Has Farage used his millions to buy them?

Since 1950 the average person person has got 4.4x wealthier. The richest 0.1% have got 80x richer. The richest 0.001% 200x richer. The billionaires 2000x richer. These people were tens to thousands of times richer than you in the 50's. Now it's thousands/millions times.

Corporate profits are at record highs — but revenue from corporate taxes has plummeted thanks to the tax cuts in Trump and Republicans’ big, ugly bill. Meanwhile, workers’ wages are stagnant and their share of the nation’s income is at a record low. Trickle-down economics was always a hoax.

Imagine a world where we are no longer dependent on oil and nuclear energy. It's coming and it's better and that's why the vested interests are doing everything in their power to stop it

Solar has overtaken nuclear. A decade ago it supplied 1% of the world's power. In 2025 it met three quarters of global demand growth. Almost nobody saw it coming. I spoke to Jocelyn Timperley at BBC Future about why. www.bbc.co.uk/future/artic...

Jenrick has set out how Reform would maximise our “Brexit freedoms”. And this is their list. This is the very best they can come up with. “Re-legalise imperial units” It’s truly pathetic that this is the pinnacle of their Brexit fever dream. And that anyone would still back this ruinous idiocy…

What Russia cynically calls ‘liberation’ means Ukrainian cities reduced to rubble, civilians driven from their homes, and entire communities destroyed. This devastation is what the Kremlin proudly calls ‘victory’ and finds worth celebrating.
