I have called and emailed Congressman Issa requesting a town hall and reminded him he works for the people and to uphold the Constitution. He won’t respond. Weak, pathetic coward.

There should be a law stating that every Congressman needs to hold at least 1 town hall meeting in the district once a month - with 2 weeks notice & accessible to all, or they don’t get paid.

Democratic politicians could step in and fill the void and talk to the constituents

David Joyce (R-OH-14) hasn’t had an in-person town Hall since at least 2016. He does tele-town halls where his friends ask 3 screen softball questions.

Start a weekly protest at his home office. Morris County, NJ did this for their old congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen. The protests grew every week and helped get rid of him.

Set up a town hall for him, invite him, publicise it. If he doesn't accept, have the meeting anyway. Put a chair at the front, with a large toy chicken on it, (possibly wearing a MAGA hat). Put up a sign with his name behind the chair. Livestream the event.
