They are a faction of alt-right trolls that primarily follow Nick Fuentes. They often use a cartoon frog as their profile pic on social media, but it's a co-opted version of that cartoon frog. Highly intertwined with incel gamer culture. Some non Groyper gamer trolls also use the same frog.

Trump and Kirk have become rich men by commercializing hate speech. Republicans likely couldn’t have won election without it. To attract that small percentage of disenfranchised Americans who are otherwise bored by politics. The 1st and 2nd Amendments both represent the best and worst of America.
