Notice the vehicle on her left that came this close to hitting her as she tried to leave the first time. She was hyper-focused on making sure that didn't happen again. This is why she stopped (not to interact with Agent 1 as I stated above). She never even saw her murderer.

I disagree. She reversed to get clearance to turn away from him. She accelerated enough to turn but not quickly enough to prevent him from stepping out of the way. Further acceleration happened when she was dead and had no control. If she never saw him, she would have had no reason to back up.

on the video from his own phone, which has been altered, you do see him clearly filming her turning the wheel to direct the car to go to the right, away from him. he filmed this himself. he saw. they added the sound of sirens and a bit of his voice.

I also saw the film by witness out of house, where car with victim in it, stopped, on Reddit. The woman walking after the killer and filming him, when he walked around the car before he shot, says she was the victim's wife..

Even if the first shot was somehow "self-defense" the other two shots were after he was no longer in front of the car, meaning they were absolutely intended to kill for no self-defense purpose. Murder.
