Cool. These clouds aren't blackish so, I recon, there were no Russian airstrikes in that are recently.

Then I don't know either. When I see clouds like that, it normally means a series of updrafts and downdrafts, with the air cooling and forming clouds where it is rising. Those conditions are usually found when air is flowing perpendicular to a series of mountain ridges and valleys.
